Grief touches every person differently, and seeking support can feel overwhelming. TRU Community Care offers gentle, compassionate resources to help you understand grief and support yourself or others through it. These materials are designed to meet you where you are and can be used at home, in schools, or in community settings.
TRU’s Grief Services Newsletters are available to you, your friends and your community at any time. We are thinking of you during your journey through grief. We reach out to our TRU family members by phone and with periodic mailings during the 13 months following the death of a loved one.
