Who We Are

TRU Community Care (TRU) is a Colorado-based nonprofit health care organization with nearly 50 years of experience providing compassionate, community-based care. Originally founded in 1976 as Boulder Hospice, TRU has grown into a recognized leader in hospice, palliative care, PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly), and home health services. Our innovative Tele-Center services leverage this deep expertise to support healthcare organizations across the country.
