Connecting with others who understand loss can ease the sense of isolation grief often brings. TRU offers a variety of adult grief support groups, each guided by trained professionals who foster openness, respect, and shared understanding.
If you have questions or simply want to talk through what support might look like, we’re here to listen. There’s no timeline you need to follow and no pressure to have answers.
At TRU Community Care, we consider it a privilege to help those grieving regain their balance and resume healthy living. If you are looking for personal guidance on your grief journey, please contact us to see how we can help.
Extensive resources are available for people of all ages and stages in the grief process – most of them free of charge or donation based. In addition, our experienced grief counselors are available for phone consultations and can suggest resources pertinent to your circumstances. Counselors also provide individual and family counseling for those who have lost a family member on TRU’s hospice services.
Families can feel confident knowing care is guided by experienced clinical leadership. A registered nurse is on staff, and care plans adjust as needs change. Residents also have access to an in-house physician, supporting continuity and coordinated care.
Safety features are designed to protect residents while allowing freedom of movement, including emergency call systems, mobile response pendants, and secure door systems.
